(Champion, MI) – The Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Champion was broken into Sunday night – and law enforcement in Marquette County is searching for the suspects – who left behind at least one calling card.
The break-in was reported to 911 about 10 a.m. this morning, Mon., Jan. 15, 2018.
At least two items of some value were stolen – but details are not known.
The suspect/suspects left footprints in the snow.
A dispatcher said to the deputy that burglaries “are an ongoing issue in past couple years” at the Sacred Heart Parish in Champion. No word on whether the church has an alarm system.
Hopefully, The word will spread in Champion, so these church burglars are rounded up post haste.
It wasn’t so ago, that police were called to the St. Peter Cathedral in Marquette to investigate report of stolen bungee cords at the Catholic church. No word on how that turned out.

Sounds like some real scumbags. Pity champion wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t scum shit like it is now. You got to know that you are going to burn in hell for stealing from the church. i would start with anyone who is a atheist.
