(Escanaba, MI) – While the Delta County Sheriff and Prosecutor continue protecting the identities of those who beat women, U.P. Breaking News keeps getting information from behind their Iron Curtain – as a convicted sex offender has been released on bond after allegedly brutal attack on his wife and another man in a Ford River Bar on Sunday night.

43-year-old Richard Dale Stannard was booked into the Delta County Detention Center late Sunday, April 29, 2018 and released on bond just over an hour later.

Stannard was convicted on May 17, 1996 of criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – assault with intent to commit sexual penetration in Delta County 47th District Court.

U.P. Breaking News has found a video of the altercation involving three people – Richard Stannard is shown allegedly beating up Brent Papineau Jr.

Richard Stannard is allegedly shown throwing his wife Nicki Stannard. We have tried to upload the video but so far have not been able to do it.

He apparently has had addresses in Escanaba and Ford River.

The Delta County Prosecutor and Sheriff recently decided to protect those charged with all violence because U.P. Breaking News pointed out they have given sweetheart deals to men who beat and terrorize women.

They are releasing the photos and names of people booked, but no longer showing what criminal charges had been filed.

U.P. Breaking News believes that the U.P. domestic violence epidemic will continue if the suspects are allowed to hide in the shadows of the egos of electrocuted officials – as women are beaten every night across the U.P.

We have heard every excuse in the book for not identifying those who commit these horrendous crimes.

The exact charges against Stannard are not known because Delta County is hiding that information. Our sources tipped us off to this case.
Stannard is said to be charged with assault and battery, and domestic violence

U.P. Breaking News has read numerous online comments about this case – some demonizing Stannard fearing what will happen next – and others who have strongly defended him.

Many residents spoke out about their concern for the couple’s child/children.

Some say the male victim – Brent Papineau Jr. – and Stannard’s wife do not deserve to get a beat down.

With some even blaming the victim for “pushing him too far.” That seems to be a common attitude amongst domestic violence cases – the falsehood that it is somehow the victim’s fault.

“I fear he may do worse, and there are kids in the home,” exclaimed one concerned citizen who knows the couple. Some stated that Stannard has the money to buy himself out of past beating incidents.

“The fact that he is a rich guy scares the hell out of me – if he can throw around his own wife like that,” stated one of several sources.

Stannard has the aliases of Rocky Stannard, and Rocky Dale Stannard.

As U.P. Breaking News closes down today, we hope our effort to show light on domestic violence will help even one woman from being beaten. We will reopen once we can afford our expenses of $250 per month.

I have spent thousands to bring you the information on brutality in U.P. counties and tribal nations therein. We hope U.P. residents who live in the Iron Curtain counties of news blackouts – will remember this when they go to the polls to vote for sheriff and prosecutor.

If you would like to help us get restarted call 905-273-2433.

Thank you and I pray for all the woman who will be beaten this weekend and do not know it yet.

Marquette Police responded just after 10 p.m. ET Wednesday night to a report of a possible domestic violence situation turned into hit and run.
The incident was reported at 700 Homestead St in Marquette, MI.
“Responded to a domestic situation that has now turned into a hit and run PDA (property damage accident),” the dispatcher told police headed to the scene not far from Grove Street and the bypass.
In the rear parking lot, a witness told 911 dispatchers that “a male and a female were involved in a domestic situation,” the officers were told via radio from HQ.
The blonde female ‘got in a white Jeep” and “sped out of the parking lot to get away from the male,” officers were told.
The male got into an older red passenger car and “was leaving in a hurry,” a 911 dispatcher to responding officers
The male, now a suspect, “apparently struck a black in color car in the parking lot,” he said, adding that due to darkness the exact make and model of the red car was not visible.
The red car should “have front and rear damage,” the dispatcher said.
The witness told police that the couple was involved in a previous domestic situation about one month ago.
On the east side of the apartment building, police found a damaged red Ford Taurus.
Its is unclear what became of the investigation.

If you enjoy beating women and children – move to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan – where the sheriffs, prosecutors and state police actively protect you if your are arrested – your name isn’t released (In fact is actively hidden) – your charges are dropped or plea bargained into the basement.

(Upper Peninsula of Michigan) – Every single Upper Peninsula sheriff, prosecutors and Michigan State Police supervisor are involved in covering up for those who violently beat women.
A vast majority of the domestic beating victims in the U.P. are women – with suspects both men and women. Its that backwoods narcissist who think heor she has the God given right to pummel women.

In fact the dereliction of duty in the U.P. will ensure that if you have a two-year-old girl – its guaranteed she will be beaten when she starts dating because nothing is being done to prevent DV from continuing. Nothing. Just the opposite, as their names are covered up.
Ironically a few prosecutors run their re-election campaigns claiming to be tough on DV.

Hurry move to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan if enjoy beating women and child because nothing will happen to you

DVin UP Graphic 5

Even if you are charged – you will get super sweet plea bargains.

Plus many U.P. cops and prosecutors are eager to hide the names and charges against women beaters.

In fact, they are required by law to release names, photos and charges immediately after arrest – however they tell lies like the charges have to be authorized etc.
Complete and 100 percent BS.

Its a local backwards policy  – not Michigan state law – to withhold names and charges against criminal suspects in U.P.

Besides liking DV suspects – the U.P. Boss Hoggs play a guessing name on Mobile Patrol – they want you to guess what the charges are:

Some areas of the country actively get the names out and put them on TV feeds.
Some even send some info (names only) to Vinelink and Mobile Patrol.

The worst of the worst crooked sheriffs and prosecutors in the U.P completely hide everything like Baraga, Ontonagon, Gogebic Luce and some other counties – who absolutely love the folks who assault women and are child beaters.

A big case of child beating was recently covered up in Baraga County – and the suspect is a woman who fled.

And one of the worst plea bargains in DV history happened in past year in Delta County. In fact it is so horrified the sheriff and prosecutors should resigned in disgrace.

There there are the noble the state police – whom I was always taught to respect.

However there are courageous MSP troopers hands in the U.P. shut up or get fired or reassigned. MSP troops are forced to quietly go along with the crooked sheriff’s and shrug their shoulders – without the guts to speak out against the system.

The FBI has few agents in the U.P – and they have never ever investigated a white collar crime against a white U.P. elected leader. Never.

In Georgia at least they here sheriffs, prosecutors and other elected officials into their own jails.
One problem is there are so many socials issues that have been ignored in the U.P. that now its rampant.

Listen to the scanner for one night, a handful of cops on the roads in big U.P. counties – resounding to a host of mental illness and suicidal cases. Plus assaults everywhere.

During a clandestine meeting with a state cop recently – I was told that troopers are genuinely afraid that they will be shot one night because of all the untreated mental illness – the state budget answer to that is to continue to cut U.P. funding on all social areas.

I am truly ashamed of our leaders – and their bucket-load of lame excuses. I was taught when I grew up that these leaders were honorable.

These Boss Hoggs have a bizarre mental illness – they hunker down with a “you’re for us” or “you’re against us” mental defect.

They cannot take criticism.

The media is mind-controlled laps dog – to be fed occasional news releases days later – and corrupt officials have their hands licked by all the U.P. news bosses – like little pigs on a teet.

Since the first of the year, just a few examples of what we have already seen:

  • Marquette businessman gets away with hit and run
  • A U.P. radio executive’s jailing covered-up by U.P. media
  • A wealthy Marquette County west-end women is allowed to steal a quarter million dollars with a slap on the wrist
  • The inexplicable case (wealthy family) of a rapist in Forsyth Township – the male family scion was actually recently given probation for rape CSC
  • Then the man is Escanaba who savagely beat a kid into a coma – then a few years later strangled and threatened his girlfriend – who had major felonies dropped to an attempted DV – and he got just one year in state prison – and will soon be released in Delta County for all the women to date

Tell me is this justice?!?

As we shut down our news service on Sunday for financial reasons, we have two or three more exposes in the kettle of fish that is the U.P. Even in this new century.

#1 We will exposed how the Houghton County Sheriff, Michigan State Police, and Michigan Tech University who are involved in a conspiracy to illegally give a majority of the wrecker business to one company they favor– the company that also tunes and services their cops cars.
And the same wrecker service that has relatives on the force. The Michigan State Police Calumet Post supervisor has been repeatedly told about about this conspiracy – and MSP does nothing to stop it .

#2 Will will explain the Boss Hogg syndrome that permeates those in power. I started working political corruption news assignments in south Georgia (many arrests made by a watchful FBI)
In the U.P. an elected official can get away with anything they want – no checks and balances.

We just had a tip that the city of Marquette is purposely overpaying a building contractor – hiding the overruns – and a watchdog who blew the whistle was fired. Shame on Marquette. If we can before Sunday, we will pass along more info on that corruptions case involving Marquette city hall renovations.

Sunday midnight is our official unplugging moment – sadly – I hate it but have spent thousands of my own money.
I have had numerous state and federal cops privately acknowledge we are correct – but they can do nothing.
It takes decades to weed out a Boss Hogg system when the FBI isn’t watching. So tell the young girl to be prepared to be pummeled because those in charge are shameless idiots.
We cannot afford to continue fighting these big-headed creeps.
Our expenses are only $250 a month – and need help paying a huge government public records bill.

I understand most of our great and beautiful readers are low-income because we fight for them.
But if you have the means – and you believe in an independent press – please help. But don’t worry – if you can’t I’ll be fishing all summer rather than working. My retirement from news – and exposing U.P. corruption.

I believe the only way to make change with a Boss Hogg system that’s been ingrained for100 years – is to shine light on the problem. Please do not let your two-year-old girl be a victim when she’s a teen or older.

If Upper Peninsula women’s DV groups do not demand that a light be shone on offenders – then the beatings will continue for decades to come. Stand up and have the guts I know you have. Its not 1984.

Warning to U.P. residents, prisoners, prison employees and the public: Things are bad due to low staffing and corruption – Inmates Down: Ambulance call this morning at the infamous Kinross Prison – yesterday at Chippewa – are just two of numerous inmates down at U.P. prisons who have needed ambulances this month alone – also Baraga Max and Marquette Branch. (Upper Peninsula of Michigan Prisons) – Numerous ambulance calls this month at U.P. prisons including today are the tip of the iceberg when it comes to danger to the public and others involved in the U.P. broken U.P prison.

One problem is, the U.P. media is terrified of the prisons and do not investigate. We are raising the red warning flag to Michigan State Police detectives, paramedics and other officials – who know they have been lied to by prison officials.

U.P. Breaking News stresses, we have not been information any plot of plan – just people pleading with us to warn the public about what might happen – it did last year.

We have heard from numerous sources involved on both sides of the prison bars – and all are scared something is going to happen. Not something good.

About 2 a.m. today (Nov. 21, 2017, Kinross paramedics were called the Kinross Correctional Facility for a call of chest pains.

And on Monday (Nov. 20) they transported a prison from the Chippewa Regional Correctional Facility for an inmate who was having seizures in the medical clinic.
In fact, we believe there has been one maybe two recent ambulances calls at Marquette Branch Prison that are not being publicly broadcast which seems to be the case since coverup earlier this year of a suspicious death of a young prisoner at Marquette Branch. There have been recent calls to Baraga Max (few days ago) and to recently to the Marquette Branch Prison.

If you love and inmate or a CO (forget entrenched corrupt supervisors) – you had better demand that changes are made. If the inmates are not safe – then the COs lives are at risk. When will the union wake up. The union representing the COs needs to get some guts and quit blaming U.P. Breaking News. Be courageous or go home

U.P. Breaking news is hollering about this hoping to avoid more murders at U.P. prisons. And hopefully get the state to force the corrupt food service owners to be human.

Then there were the blatant coverup and (that fooled Sunday edition of the Mining Journal and other U.P. media) of last fall’s riot at Kinross.
CO and inmate related sources tell U.P. Breaking News that is become life or death in U.P. prisons for both COs and inmates.
Numerous sources continue to say low-staffing – and some burnout or a corrupt poor structure within the CO community.
U.P. Breaking News will be revealing some shocking lawsuits shortly in our ongoing investigation involving prisons in the Eastern U.P., Marquette, Munising, Baraga in Michigan and also a separate probe in the Augusta, GA areas. Lots of lives are at stake – including the public, the inmates and the COs. Naming Names.

Editor’s note: For those who participate in coverup – do not have the guts to come forward – or will criticize our warning. We pray to our Creator that we do not have to say ‘we told you so.’ Most of the union officers close ranks – and to not understand it is their safety at risk- brute force will not fix problem. Sources please keep calling.
