A convicted sex offender and burglar from Bark River Township, MI was arrested around dawn this morning after allegedly leading a police on a brief chase in Menominee County, MI.
31-year-old Michael Wayne Neal was taken to the Menominee County Jail after the traffic stop and remain jailed late this morning.

In a strange turn of events, Neal would have been off parole in two days – April 21, 2018.

It’s not clear what charges have been filed or it they will affect his parole for rape, home invasion – plus he has a previous auto theft conviction.

Delta County and Menominee County recently decided it did not want the public to know about 99 percent of their arrests.

Neal served about 10 years in state prison for a Menominee County, MI home invasion and second-degree criminal sexual conduct (sexual assault occurred during another felony – the home invasion.)

Police chased Neal for about just over one minute before he stopped his vehicle around 6 a.m. ET this morning, April 19, 2018 on old U.S.-41 near Nadeau, MI.

Reference all arrests and suspects – corrupt U.P prosecutors and sheriff’s (all U.P. counties as of recently) have decided you do not have the right to know about arrests – unless they say its OK in very  select cases, the wealthy, the connected and friends.
The charges against this man and others are not clear, as all U.P. sheriff’s and prosecutors have now decided and ordered – no information will be released on jailed suspects unless they decide you have the right to know (while keeping others secret from public for political reasons) – including those locked up for rape and domestic violence. You will not know about 99 percent of the arrests in the U.P.
U.P. law enforcement pulled the plug on all mobile patrol information that showed arrests about two weeks ago.
U.P. prosecutors and sheriff’s apparently have deiced they are the self-appointed gatekeepers of all public information – which U.P. Breaking News thinks is horrendous for public safety – but they simply do not care.
