(Escanaba, MI) – A Delta County man was arrested Friday night on child porn distribution charges.

John Schiska, charged with kiddie porn distribution

57-year-old John Schiska of Escanaba, MI was booked on Feb. 16, 2018 at 10:14 p.m. ET into the Delta County Detention Center.

Schiska is charged with numerous felonies including at least one count each of distributing kiddie porn involving child sexually abusive activity, possession of child sexually abusive activity, and using a computer to commit a crime.

Schiska is being held without bond. He lists addresses in Escanaba plus Fennville, MI and Sheboygan, WI.

His Facebook pages paint the picture of a man who loves motorcycles, the Packers, and the Rebel Flag, plus attended Bay college and implies he served in the Navy.

On Facebook, Schiska attacked a Catholics and an Escanaba parish.

Schiska said he lives “good clean Christian living.”

Nearly a year later, Schiska blamed the church.

In a post about the Vatican and St. Anne Parish in Escanaba, MI.

“You’ll not find a bigger hive of scum and villane,” said John Schiska – though not clear if his ire is with Rome or the Parish.

Details of his alleged illegal activities have not been released by police.

(Sault Ste. Marie, MI) – Federal charges are expected to be filed against a convicted sex offender wanted in California that was recently busted by Canadian authorities, and just returned to Chippewa County to face very serious child porn accusations

Child with man lover: 52-year-old Jason Harry Bishop

52-year-old Jason Harry Bishop was arrested just days before his 52nd birthday. He was deported to the U.S. specifically to Chippewa County, MI – where he started his journey.

The wanted fugitive was busted on January 27, 2018, as he tried to cross into Canada.

The Canada Border Services Agency checked his criminal record and discovered that he was wanted in U.S. for doing horrible things with-and-to children. Presumably he was using a false name, but fingerprints do not lie.

Bishop is charged with 10 counts each of possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

He has faced these charges before.

 

Bishop’s cell phone contained images of child pornography. Canadian authorities say he confessed to being sexually attracted to young boys – ages 13 or 14.

In fact, a U.P. Breaking News check showed he has pornographic images still on his Twitter page – with a lewd messages to young boys.

He has numerous aliases including Jason Harky Bishop, Jason Bishop, Jason Harry Jayster, and Arthur Bishop.

In California, Bishop was wanted as an absconder after failing to comply with the states sex offender registration statute.

He was convicted of possessing/controlling obscene matter depicting minor in sexual conduct and annoy/molest a child with prior conviction for a specified sex offense.
