When a judge says be good, the judge means it: No longer smelling freedom’s fresh air for two Delta County residents – one a female free on bond after a crime in jail – and the other back to prison for a paroled burglar

Parolee 50-year-old Todd Stephen Williams of Escanaba, MI has been arrested after only two and a half months freedom from state prison.
A convicted burglar, Williams was booked into the Delta County Detention Center about 10 a.m. Tues., Dec. 19, 2917 on a parole violation.
Williams was paroled from prison on Sept. 28, 2017 – and had one year to be on supervised release.
Williams had been in prison since May of 2013 on several convictions from Delta County.
He was serving time for two larceny in a building convictions plus breaking and entering, bad checks valued at over $500 and false pretenses ($1,000-$20,000).
The offenses occurred on January 6, 2013 in Delta County.

Meanwhile an Escanaba woman – who pleaded guilty to attempted shoplifting – had her bond revoked on Tues., Dec. 19, 2017.
32-year-old Jamee Renee Hess of 508 Michigan Ave. in Gladstone, MI was booked into the DCDC Tuesday about 3:29 p.m.
Hess had been free on bond since her Oct. 11, 2017 arrest for a drug crime committed while in jail.
Hess is charged with furnishing contraband to prisoners.
In Sept. 2017, Hess was sentence to 6 days in jail after she pleaded guilty to one count of attempted third-degree retail fraud.
